I'm not sure if this is where to post but oh well.
I have a 3 yr old and a 19 month old, lately their discipline and how they act and throw fits is getting unbearable. I feel like I have absolutely no control over my kids or my life. I actually feel depressed, I don't wanna do anything at all. I mean, don't get me wrong I make sure the kids are taken care of ad everything and I love them so much it's hard to fathom but lately I feel myself not even wanting to be around them, and it hurts me that I feel this way, and it seems like all I do is cry and I start to cry over everything.
Is it possible this is a serious case of depression I actually need to talk to a dr about or what??

It's entirely possible. If it's affecting your life in that manner, then you may want to talk to someone. Loss of interest or pleasure in activities that you used to enjoy is a big sign.

Speak to a doctor. It's probably creating a vicious cycle; you get stressed when the kids are stressed, they pick up on it and get more stressed, you then get even more stressed, until you're rocking in a corner with your knees under your chin, lmao.
Are you guys getting out of the house enough? Is there someone who can take them for a day so you can just breathe?

You said lmao, but I've done that before. I don't have anyone because everyone works and I'm a SAHM.

Oh so have I believe me. I hope you don't think I was laughing at your expense, I've just learned to laugh at myself.
Everyone works, even on weekends?

Yeah except my husband he has weekends off. And I don't think you were laughing at me I just was saying I've done it, even this week.

Could your husband watch them while you get a manicure? Or take them to the park/soft play/anywhere for an hour so you can have a bath or a stiff drink?

I could see, but were real right on money so it'd probably just be me sitting at home for an hr.

Sometimes that's even more relaxing than going out! You can do whatever you normally would like to do but are constantly interrupted while doing so.. read a book, sit on your ass on bg, eating food you don't have to share!
