Kristen Bell named her new baby girl Lincoln.... Not my style and for god's sake why do they keep putting just boyish names on little girls?! :X

I WAS HOPING SOMEONE WOULD POST ABOUT THIS.

First Jessica Simpson with "Maxwell" for a girl and now, this. Uhmmm. I guess I'm not really into it so much. I feel like it's SUCH a risk. If these little girls hit their awkward years and are fat/boyish/nerdy/ugly...that's really gonna suck.

A friend of mine just named her baby girl "Hunter". I guess it's the popular thing to do these days. I actually kinda like Hunter for a girl, though. Maybe I'm just used to it now... lol.

Honestly I look at all these names now and nothing really shocks me, and in todays day and age everyone will either have made up, mispelled or odd names. I don't see it being that big of a deal in the future because it is the cool thing to do. Lincoln is better than apple and I love Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin but that was a bad choice. I guess it could be worse.

People got their panties in a wad over me in another post I was in about this. I find her choice to be horrible. I'm glad some others do too. People are such hypocritical bastards. If Prince William and Kate have a boy and pick out a name like Chloe and Elizabeth everyone would flip shit but since its a girl with a boys name, everyone blows it over like its nothing.
I'd rather see a girl named Moxie or Apple than Lincoln or Maxwell.

I actually wouldn't care about gender bending names if people were not hypocritical about it.
Like I can name my daughter Addison but I can't name my son Isabelle? What names will be left for boys if this trend continues?

:) Well I guess I am being a hyprcrtic since I want to name my boy, Elisha. Which for some strange reason people seem to think it is a girls name. But I get what you are saying. But I still really dislike boy names on girls. :/

No you're not! Elisha is a boys name! :) Elisha is a form of Elijah right?

I think Elisha on girls is just a form of Alicia,
