while feeding do you ever get cramps in the other breast? im not engorged or anything but every time i nurse the other breast gets these pains. is it normal? what is it?

I used to get like a tingly uncomfortable feeling? I think it's let-down, your ducts contracting or something like that.

I would sometimes get let-down in the other breast.

Yeah, I always have let down in both b**bs. I have to make sure there is a towel under the breast I'm not feeding on so I don't get milk everywhere.

its not really tingly. its more like a sharp shooting pain in the breast thats not being nursed on. i breastfed my son for 14 months and never had this before.

I get those pains. I'm never engorged but I know that there's some milk in there. I get a let down out of the other when I'm nursing off one so it makes sense to me.

amen! SO gets mad cause he cant get DD to stop crying. he wants me to pump so he can feed her too. hes jealous.
