movement with twins TmA's mommy 33 kids; South Carolina 1823 posts

I am 15 weeks today and I swear the past two nights it has felt like I could feel my twins moving around. It didn't feel like the flutters I felt with my son, it felt like actual movement, like they were bumping around in there. I know it should be way to soon to feel them like that. I felt my son at 17 weeks but it was just flutters until after 20 weeks so I don't know what I could possibly be feeling. Has anyone been pregnant with twins and felt them so early?

I've never been pregnant with twins, but i would think that there's probably less room in there with two...so maybe you are really feeling them?

I felt my twins move at 14 weeks exactly. I didn't know they were twins yet, but it didn't really shock me to feel it that early, as it was my second pregnancy.

What did it feel like? This feels like when my son moved around later in pregnancy.

I felt my twins earlier then normal. I swear one was pushing the other one. My doctor wasn't surprised since the uterus gets bigger faster and room run to float around runs out faster.Since you are carrying twins everything seems to happen faster and be more exaggerated. Symptoms like shortness of breath and backache will happen sooner too.

its possible! i havent been pregnant with twins but with my son i could feel movements from the outside by 18, 19 weeks, my husband felt his kicks at 20 weeks and by 21 weeks you could see my belly move when he kicked.

It felt like regular movement, just a little lighter, if that makes sense.

I am a mother of twins, and I felt them moving around 13 weeks. My first son, I felt move around 16 weeks. And my current pregnancy again around 16 weeks. Twins are a much different experience, such a miracle!

I haven't had twins yet either but from my singleton experiences I felt my son(flutters) at 11 weeks and yes it was confirmed by the dr bc she thought I was crazy with it being my first. He was just a big baby. My two daughters I didn't feel even the flutters till 15-17 weeks I believe. My son also I began to feel actual kicking and you could see it from the outside at 16 weeks. That being said....I think it's completely normal to feel actual kicking and such with twins earlier on bc as others have said, there's a lot less room. I always wanted twins but so far...haven't gotten them :)
