Yesterday i ran after my dog, who was running after a cat. Since then ive been in intense pain in my pelvic region. Mostly in my crotch but the pain radiates to the back and in my hips. Ive run before, just in the past couple weeks actually, and had no problems except some bh's. I had this pain the last few weeks with my daughter when she had dropped head down, just not this painful and constant. Also my baby is breech, butt down, so i know her head has nothing to do with it, and she hasnt dropped yet. Its very difficult to walk, turn over, bend over, or move my legs. I dont think i did anything too harmful, but i am a little worried about the pain. And I only ran about twenty feet!!! How am i supposed to run after my daughter if this is going to happen each time???

That was the pain I had when I was in early labor. I think you should call your doctor just in case.

Did your pain start out of nowhere or was it caused by physical exertion? I am wondering now, cuz i walked a ton with my first the last weeks, and never hurt like this.

It came out of nowhere. Just BAM one day I woke up and hurt. It was like that for the last 3 days of pregnancy until I went into active labor.

Yesterday i went in because i had bloody mucous and when she looked, my cervix was open and i had infection, which she said causes the cervix to open. So i dont want to keep running to the doc, i dont want to be a hypochondriac lol Did your pain get any better? I think mine gets worse when laying down. It feels a little better when i spread my legs.

I would call and tell them what happened and see what they think, they'll tell you whether you need to come in or not. But if you're in that much pain and concerned over it, then by all means, go in and get seen.

I would assume she is treating you.
But with an infection it makes it really likely to go in to pre-term labor.

I would bet they would be concerned if you call.

Better to be safe than sorry.

Yes im being treated for BIV and a yeast infection. I called and the doc wasnt there, but the nurse said it was probably just ligament pain. And to try stretching and walking.
