1. i hate it when people will randomly invite people i do not even know or have met a COUPLE of times to stay over at my house (all night), or just invite them at the last minute.

2. i dislike it when a friend says he is throwing a party for SO and me TODAY and calls LAST NIGHT to ask us to purchase and bring over HALF THE FOOD AND SUPPLIES NEEDED.

ok... end vent for now. i've been letting things build up. i might b***h about something else in a minute. ugh.

no they cant hahaha
and for those that just invite themselves or those inviting others i guess you really need to sit him/her down and tell them they cant do that and should come to you first before inviting anyone to your house and he should ask if its okay if some stay the night. even then the so called friends should be respectful enought to ask you if its okay to crash there!

what's so crazy about all of this is that these things were done by three of my BEST friends.

two of them are girls and they live out of state (one in nc and the other in fl). the one in nc (who i've been friends with literally since i was 9 and she was 8), was coming for a visit a few weeks ago. she said at the last minute "do you have room for two?" and i really, really don't. i asked her who it was and she said "the guy i've been with for a year". i've never met the dude and i'm not crazy about some random guy staying in my house who i know for a fact has anger issues (she almost moved in with me because of it last year). the second was the friend in fl. she is coming up for DD's first birthday next month. she told me she is bringing a friend with her. turns out, it's her boy toy. there's a long story of how we were going to handle their sleeping arrangements, but that's fallen through and i've already said ok to him coming and now they're going to end up staying with us. i'm a bit nervous about this and overwhelmed and... yeah.

yeah that sucks i mean your not running a bed & breakfast! lol i understand both sides but come on if your staying there for a few days okay but for a week or two is a bit different. ya if it really bothers you, your going to have to talk to them. do they pitch in for food?

friend from nc ended up coming alone and stayed with me one night and another of her friend's another night, so that didn't end up being a big deal. i was just shocked that she WAS going to be bringing her boyfriend and have him stay the night with us.

i'm sure my friend from fl will pitch in for food some. she'll be staying for like four or five days with this guy friend of hers.
