Posting this for my step sis.
Someone has a stalking order against her husband for a BS reason.
They live on the same street. The person who has the stalking order against him, keeps taking her dog on a walk right in front of their house. She could easily walk the other way on the same street, but she choses to walk her dog in front of his house. He is not supposed to let her see him at all, but is she supposed to stay away from him also? She acts like she is terrified of him to the police, but then she purposely walks past his house unnecessarily. What can/should he do about it, if anything?
Also, can you just go put a stalking order against someone without any proof or evidence, or do the police just believe whatever you say?
Take video of her walking right in front of the home (repeatedly?) and YOU be the one to do it (not hubby!) and then show, with your video, that there is an equally accessible route that she can and should choose to walk if she 'is so scared' that she needs a freaking STALKING order.
Sounds like SHE is the one with the stalking problem. Who goes through all that trouble to get a stalking order against someone unless you're obsessed with them and want to be on their radar?
Quoting The Pretender:" Take video of her walking right in front of the home (repeatedly?) and YOU be the one to do it (not hubby!) ... [snip!] ... all that trouble to get a stalking order against someone unless you're obsessed with them and want to be on their radar?"
^^^ That's what I say... sounds like this lady is a dang fruitcake... O.o
They have only caught her twice. What if they can't catch her again to get video? My question is, is she aloud to purposely go near him since she is supposedly so afraid of him?
