Pain after C-Section Kimmy Gibbler 2 kids; Grapevine, Texas 8002 posts29th Mar
I'm 5 weeks PP and I was feeding Dd on my couch which sinks in a little. Dd fell asleep so I went to get up to put her down, and kinda swung myself to get momentum without disturbing her, and felt a sharp, stabbing pain on my left side, in my abdomen, just above my hip bone. It hurts pretty bad when I walk and if I'm walking, it hurts when I breathe. It's better when I sit down. You think I just pulled a muscle, or could I have injured my uterus?? Would you call your doctor over this?

I'm gonna be 4 weeks PP tomorrow and I also had a csection. You may have just pulled a muscle, is your incision red or hot to the touch? Even if it's not I would still be calling my dr to see what they say... Better safe then sorry

That happened to me all the time, it took a few months for the sharp stabbing pains to really go down when moving quickly or twisting and turning. Its been almost 14 months and everyonce in a while I do something and still get weird pains in myincision.
