I think a couple days right? I heard they go bad fast

I have no idea. I have one in there now, but I wrote the date on the top as 3/13.. I'm thinking it's bad. We NEVER use jarred sauce.. but I wanted to make some noodles.

I'd probably toss it. My step dad will yell when I open up a jar of sauce and not use it all because he said it'll go bad so I wouldn't chance it

Alfredo sauce I keep about a week and a half, red sauce 5 days at most. If you keep in on the back of a shelf not on a door it will keep longer. You can always freeze it though, When I make sauce I always freeze half.

Thanks! It's going into the trash. =) Looks like I'll make some noodles with butter and seasonings instead.

Olive oil is amazing in place of butter on noodles with seasoning. And we like butter! :D
