I just needed a moment to write down my thoughts at the moment.
I am technically still on a shot of Depo considering my next shot wouldn't be due for another week or so. I hadn't been feeling myself (mostly evil to the point of I think I am starting to grow horns) so I took a home pregnancy test last Friday and it was rather faintly positive even being the end of the day and urine being really diluted. I waited a few days and took another test and completely positive, pretty sure two lines showed up when I touched the stick. So now I am in complete limbo land, being as I am on Depo, another baby was not in our plans for the near future. We are in the midst of finding a new home closer to work, our plans had already been dashed with the recent military cuts (I put in my packet for flight school to be a helicopter pilot, it has been put on hold indefinitely, because of the down sizing in the military). On top of career changes and relocation, we have suffered through a few miscarriages and had planned to try ONE more time in the future and that be it, tubes tied or vasectomy, pregnancy is hard on my body and loosing them, well I don't have to explain that heartache. My mind is going crazy! Is this our ONE more try? Will being on Depo cause problems? What will happen if there are openings for flight school again? How far along could a possibly be, I haven't had a true period since the shot? I know this just sounds like rambling and of course it is. Sorry, just needed to vent.......

A good friend of mine has 2 depo babies, and they are perfectly fine.

Thank you, I have tried doing some research and there does not seem to be much on it. Mostly that women have a rather difficult time conceiving after cycles of the shot, definitely not my situation.

Haha, yeah it wasn't for my friend, either. Her daughter, she went to get her third depo shot post baby and she was pregnant, and already about 3 months along. Those two babies are her irish twins lol

LOL. Well this is my first round of Depo, but I did conceive my daughter on Implanon and my son on the Pill! I think after this one I am no longer doing trial and error with birth controls! I should be part of their studies on effectiveness!
