Caffeine!! Drink some green tea or coffee. My ob gives ne foricet for mine. Its caffine and tylenol with a muscle relaxant in it.

Have you eaten anything unusual recently? I know for some people foods with lots of artificial dyes and highly processed can be major migraine triggers! I know I get them when I have way too much sugar :(

maybe it was from the sugar this weekend? But it started early on Saturday morning. :( Jeff thinks I'm dehydrated. So we're working on hydration right now.
