This is nothing new to me; I've had this problem for as long as I can remember... my pediatrician said it was migraines but I'm not totally sure... because I wouldn't really have an actual headache with it... but every two-three months I'd get these "dizzy spells" where I basically would... I guess you could say "black out" for a few minutes. It would feel like everything was falling out from under me... but I never once had a headache with it. I haven't had a spell like that since I had my son; but early yesterday morning I had a spell of it; I was so dizzy all I could do was roll over to DH real fast and cling to him. (I'm surprised I didn't wake him up...) I used to have a panic attack with it, too... I guess I'm wanting second opinions on it. Last night I did have a real migraine with the headache and dizziness but it wasn't as bad... but have you ever heard of having a migraine without a headache??? When they first started, they always consisted of me getting real dizzy and everything feeling like it was falling out from under me and me panicking and ending up throwing up... the throwing up with it stopped after I had my son, I've only had one or two spells since I had him. What's it sound like to you?

low blood sugar, low blood pressure or problem with your heart are the only things I can think of.

I've never had any heart problems, and the low BP and Blood sugar have never really been too much of an issue. I do get slightly dizzy when my bp drops, but normally it comes right back up to where it's supposed to be... but it could be partially caused by that I guess..

I've had it checked by all of my doctors, they've never found anything wrong that would cause them.

I've had similar things recently except I also get really hot and start pouring sweat.

I talked to my doctor about it and he said that it could be a circulation issue. It happens especially when I'm standing, so he said that the blood is having a hard time getting back up to my head causing me to get dizzy. I don't black out every time, but if I don't sit down and get some water quick enough I will.

I had one or two times where I started sweating with it, but normally it was just me getting real dizzy and freaking out and getting sick. It's weird. I could see how it could be circulation, because the last couple of times i've had this problem I've been laying down.
