Not cleaning up correctly Laura [Syltherin] 3 kids; Florida 12072 posts

Audrey and Whitney know how to clean up their toys correctly (legos go in one bin, housekeeping things on the bookshelf etc). The pay two days or so they have gotten very laz y cleaning up. Instead of putting things where they go, everything just gets shoved in the Tinkerbell toybox.

How would you handle this? Would you just let it slide or would you take away toys?

I used to fight it with my kids, but I've gotten to the point where I'm happy if the floor is clear to vacuum LOL.

As long as it's picked up, I don't give a crap. If they can't find it when they want it, that's their problem. lol

As long as her room gets cleaned, idk care how.
The only thing we are working on is putting her dirty clothes in the hamper and not in the toy box.
