I am doing my best to stick to a 1200 calorie a day high protein diet. But I need some new things to cook. This is what a typical day looks like (I need 60-70g of protein a day)
2 scrambled eggs
Turkey Sausage crumbles
Whole Wheat tortilla
Ham, Turkey, & Cheese sandwich (I use sandwich thins)
4-6oz of some kind of meat (chicken,steak,turkey burger)
Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower
Small portion of potato,rice,pasta
We dont eat fish.
Any other healthy meal ideas that might please some picky eaters?
