At 2 weeks pp that started happening to me and I put it off for like 2 days.
Long story short, I had to call 911 and be rushed to the hospital by ambulance because I couldn't stay conscious, my lips were turning blue and the medics could barely feel my pulse. Don't risk it.
Go to the ER. You can get really sick or even die if there's part of the placenta left in you. I'm almost positive those aren't just blood clots, as they are too fleshy, so you need to be seen...right now, and not later.

Hope all goes well!!
Holy. f**king. Shit.
Go to the ER, NOW.
Go get checked out, that's not normal. I hope you're okay!
oh wow that is not normal. I hope you went in! Hope you're ok!
Take the stuff you pulled out with you to show the dr so they know what you are talking about. If you don't have it then show them the pics! Get in there NOW!!! Good Luck!!
I was told if anything came out bigger than quarter go to hospital nv it is NOT normal. Especially if some is still half kicking it in your lady parts you better get going
Quoting Momma Rawks:" Delicious! While on my period, I've had really big clots pass that are similar in size to the one in ... [snip!] ... changes in bleeding, or if you continue passing large clots, I'd probably call the doctor in the morning just to check-in."
This. For me, that happens to me every period.
HOWEVER.... I started to pass clots that were the size of my fist. I kept thinking it was an insane period but then I started having troubles breathing and moving. Walking from the couch to the bathroom made me almost black out. I had uterine polyps and I required surgery. I was extremely anemic, I was almost hospitalized I was so sick. Id go to the doc to make sure everything is okay. I didnt go to the doc in time and I was seriously sick after that, it really caused a lot of problems and I was dumb not to go to the docs at first.
You need to go get checked out, Mama. If that is part of the placenta, there is a big risk for infection.
Head to the ER and call your OB (or whoever is on call) on the way.
You need to go now, that is tissue...not just clotting.
That definitely looks like it is part of the placenta. I'd be going to the emergency room with that in a baggy PRONTO. That is NOT normal. Good luck, mama.
ER right now! and uodate us so we know u are ok!
hope it all gets better
Holy shit. I really hope you're at the ER or at least on your way because you need to go! That is most definitely NOT normal.
