My doctor said I've gained to much in the past month. Up until march I had gained only 2 lbs. then march hit and bam I gained 8lbs. He recommend to cut out carbs and sugar. So can any of you ladies throw out some good dinner and snack ideas? Here's some back ground...I can't eat red meat as my body won't break it down. I cant eat a bunch of cheese because I'm already so constipated this pregnancy! But I have been on a hunger streak lately and can't stay away from carbs. I DO however love all veggies!!! Recipes? Ideas? Or maybe a link to a good website? I've tried google.

Here's a recipe from Trim Healthy Mama(book):
1) With fork, whisk 1 egg in a coffee mug.
2) Mix in: 1 tsp. softened/melted butter or coconut oil
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. ground Flax(Get it at Walmart by the flour for $2-3)
3) Cook in microwave for 1 minute.
You can add salt to taste as well. My favorite thing to add is 1 tsp. Truvia(sweetener), some cinnamon and vanilla and then put cream cheese on the slices. I've also condensed frozen berries with some water in a pan and then mixed that in as well. It's super fast and good!
This is Trim Healthy Mama's FB page. Almost their entire book is low-carb and it helps you lose weight without dieting. It gives you the info on how to eat food together and what to not pair together. It's seriously amazing. I've been doing it for 1 month and I've lost 7 lbs.....and that's me not even following it religiously. You can also join their FB group if you're really interested in getting the book. It's so much help and I seriously love it!

The Atkins diet cuts out carbs and sugars and maybe you should look to see if there's any recipes from that? A really yummy saying that my mom used to make when she was on that is you take a head of cauliflower and drizzle it with olive oil and salt and pepper and bacon until it's soft then you take it out mash it up and its just like mash potatoes
