My M-I-L got the ab lounge and it just sits in my basement.. so i was thinking of giving it a try...
i am currently working on losing 20 pounds (i am 152 right now).. i have a really bad soda addiction as well as coffee so i know i have to do something about cutting out those)
this is my current workout
-wii fit plus (1 hour)
-just dance 2 (1/2 hour)
-just dance 3 (1/2 hour)
and wii pilates (20 mins)
i was thinking of thinking of getting zumba fitness 2 and doing the ab lounge
(i wake up at 5 and my son wakes up at 9)
Nah, it won't make you see results at all. Not enough weight to take the place of cardio and not enough movement to be considered cardio.
I had one many years ago, bad exercise equipment good for stretching your back.
