Unless my son is strapped into a seat he 'walks' out of it lol. He puts his left foot on the ground, pulls so he can reach with the right foot then walks his legs until he pulls his upper body off the seat too. I usually sit him in his bath chair while I bathe but I sat him in the chair so I could pee & I looked over to catch him doing this & when I reached for him he tried rolling away! He's going on 5 months old.

Edit: I am looking for a way to sit him up straight like he wants to without him being able to roll all over the place or 'walk' out of it

At home with the bath seat. If he's sitting in his carseat unstrapped he tries doing it too but I watch him very closely when we are visiting family and they sit him down in it without buckling him in. His lower body is a good bit stronger than his upper body. Is there a different seat I can get him that will be easier to lug around? The bumbo my sister had(in 2011)looked like it kinda hurt my nephews back. I don't wanna put a strain on my son but he's not happy unless he's sitting straight up but he can't do it unassisted
