With gall bladder it will hurt on upper right side , if you go to the hospital they will do blood work and feel for inflammation and possibly do a sono to check regardless pregnant or not. When it comes to the pain they usually give a morphine drip but being pregnant I dono what they would give possibly stadol . I live with gal bladder problems all the time , it sucks and is very painful , it does make u sick to your stomach . Throwing up or not get plenty of fluids either way they will most likely hook u up to an iv . When I had my first attack it was at 3am I didn't know what was going on I literally thought I was dying :( good luck and go get checked out

I waited it out, so I didn't have to go to triage at 3/4 am
I called my OB and he wants me to get admitted ASAP, he wants me on fluids and tests run ASAP so that we can figure out what our course of action is.
SO... I am waiting for my kids to wake up right now, I'm packing me a bag and them a bag, dropping them off at my mother's and I guess I get to spend this f**king beautiful day in a hospital bed all by myself
