With my last pregnancy I had a midwife but the hospital experience was not that cool. Long story short I gave birth alone with no one there. The nurse was not doing her dam job. And they had my in a tiny as corner with a curtain going around the bed i was in, a chair and monitor machine. After i had my child I was then moved to a labor and delivery room that they said they had no more of. My midwives were awesome though. But I want a more comfortable atmosphere this time. I would love to be in a birthing center but i am not sure if the medicad covers it.

The birthing center I am going to accepts Medi-cal (state insurance). Just look for the nearest birthing centers and see if they accept medicaid.

It's just like any other facility, some do, some don't. You just have to call and ask them.

You just have to find one that accepts it. Not all of them do and the ones that do only accept a certain kind.

Nope, I live in Arlington. Sorry :(

Just Google and call that's really all you can do. Or call the company that holds your policy and they may be able to help.

ell i found a few but i might just go back to my old midwife. I forgot that they switched to Texas Children's Hospital meaning I dont have to go back to the hospital i despise tat took credit for delivering my child when i am the one who did it all by myself. .
