I just have no motivation, but really need to :( I feel so out of shape, I have never weighed this much before...I was hoping I would go back down my pre pregnancy weight like I did with #1...not this time...

I just don't feel like exercising, but I NEED TO SOOO BAD! I wanna look good this summer!

try doing zumba. i did it after my last baby and got back to a size 1, never looked like i had a kid in my life. I plan on doing the same thing after this baby.

Just get up and do it. Push your self through I day by day. Don't give up on yourself. I just started working out again at the gym. I have days I don't want to work out, but then I remember how much I want to loose the extra weight and be comfortable again !

What motivated me today was eating 16 peeps in two days, and bbq for lunch both days...... I went on the treadmill for 40 min.

I've always loved it. I can go for a few weeks without it but then I totally binge and make myself sick. So, I just keep a steady flow now, lol. I need to stop keeping it in my desk at work. It's becoming a habit at certain times throughout the day :(

You honestly just have to make it part of your daily routine. Like brushing your teeth, eating...just like any other day lol. Don't do it only if you have time. You have to MAKE time for it. Don't like at working out as an option, but something that you have to do.

I placed my treadmill by a full length mirror.
The first time I jogged I only wore a sports bra and shorts.
After seeing myself jiggle like that I have rarely missed a day since.



(My jiggly parts are a lot less jiggly now lol.)
