The plus size one is cheaper too?! Its usually the other way around, i would not have drawn attention to it for that fact that they might catch a pricing error.

Seriously! It's believed that Mermaid myths came about from sailors catching glimpses of Manatee tails while settling Florida. Too good to don the colors of the original Ladies of the Sea?!

I definitely had a giggle at that, and I wear plus size. I mean damn, what if they were just trying to get creative with color names? Manatee gray, Blue whale blue, playtapus purple.

Manatees, are absolutely adorable, thank you very much.

Having said that.. I think people take minor details too seriously these days. I'm more concerned about these poor manatees who are on the verge of being extinct.

They are gentle giants. I read somewhere that a lot of them die because they're very curious and they come up to the surface when they spot a boat, and they end up getting hit. :(

Yep. They get shredded by propellers, caught up in nets, and their natural habitats are being greatly infringed on. In Florida now, though, there are a lot of new laws protecting the waters where they are known to graze and mate. When I lived in Jacksonville it was so neat seeing them in the St. John's.

There used to be a couple that lived in the bay by the condo my s/o's family used to own. They were so neat to watch.

I just woke my husband up laughing at this. He asked if they had to take away the whale blue color too. I would get a kick out of it buying it, I have to buy bigger clothes some and I think people just got way too bent outta shape.

Try people in the Amazon eat them, and keep the babies as pet. Argh, it was so sad hearing all that.
