I need to make cupcakes and a smash cake still for her party at 2 tomorrow. How do I keep them fresh? Bake today and frost tomorrow?

yup. my MIl bakes tons in advance and feeezes hers even (not suggesting you do thoo since it is just tomorrow). I always get anxious and frost too early..

I don't want crunchy stuff. Lol. So if I frost at noon tomorrow do you think they will be ok?
