A simple flour, salt and pepper mix. Cover the individual pork chips(you can use an egg wash, but it's not 100% necessary) in the mix, make sure they are coated all over, and fry them, or you can bake them. No exact measurements on this, I just usually eyeball it.

It's simple, but I usually get a lot of compliments on it.

You could just season them and put a little oil in the pan and bake them. That's what I do for DH because he doesn't like them breaded.

How long do you bake them for?

Pat the porkchops dry. Sprinkle it with some salt and pepper and maybe a little thyme or rosemary.

Put a little olive oil in a pan and heat it up. Chop up some onion and grate one clove of garlic (or use a tsp of the already minced kind). Cook the onion and garlic until they are slightly cooked.
Add in the porkchops.
Once the pork chops are cooked take them from the pan and set them aside.

In the pan add 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Mix it together and heat up, then readd the pork chops and cook for another minute or two.

Serve over rice and drizzle the sauce over the chops and rice.

30min at 350. Longer if they're thick.
