My daughter is 10 months and has been eating everything we eat from about 7 months. She just got her first 2 teeth within the last two or three weeks. Fruits and veggies are always good. We give pastas, like spaghetti, she really like mac n cheese. She loves grilled cheese and yogurt and I tend to give cheerios as a snack. Oatmeal is good too.

My 7 month old eats what we are eating, as long as it doesn't have cheese, eggs, nuts, or fish in it lol.

Why can't your 7 month old have cheese?

My DD has been eating cheese and eggs since she was 7 months old and almond butter and almond milk since she was 9 months

My baby has food allergies. I can't drink milk even because he is lactose intolerant. When I eat eggs he gets sick too, so we decided just to withhold all the typical allergenic foods until he's older. Just our personal choice for our baby, but if your baby handles it then I wouldn't worry about it. :-)

Thank you ladies! I am looking up the baby led weaning now.

I'm sure he'll be excited about new food choices :)

We started feeding DD what we were eating at about 8-9 months old. She wasn't huge on baby food. I just cut it into teeny tiny pieces.
