my DS is almost 2 and has been doing it for about 6 months now. He pukes because of it *almost* daily. If you find a way to make them stop, let me know!

lol I posted about this yesterday. DS is 10 months, and has been doing that for about a week (or more) He hasn't made himself puke yet though. It's usually when I lay him down to change his diaper. I thought my kid was the only one, and that is was weird...but I guess it's pretty common!

My 15 month old was doing this on Saturday!!
I am guessing she was just experimenting with a new bodily action but it was so gross!
I really hope it doesn't become a regular thing

Haha I seriously told DH today we have such a weird kid! We couldn't help but laugh at her, although we were trying not to let her see us laugh. But then after a few minutes of it, I was like.. "Okay, seriously, stahhhpp." lol.

Yikes. It probably is just new & "exciting" to them to see what their bodies do. lol. Ewwy.

Ugh. My daughter went through that stage. SO annoying. I think I just wound up doing silly things to distract her so she'd forget that's what she was doing. Like, hold her hands down and tickle her mercilessly  then chase her down the hall.
Thankfully she never did it to the point of hurling. (I feel SO sorry for the momma who deals with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

That's what I tried! The tickling, then taking her outside. She hate ate right before I laid her down for her nap & chugged down her milk, so I'm sure that's why she hurled. Yuck. Hopefully if she keeps up with the gagging for a while. the hurling doesn't come after it.

She's also getting new teeth. She just cut one that isn't all the way through yet, & two more are really close to popping. I wonder if that has anything to do with it? Well, at least just sticking her fingers in her mouth to start with I guess.
