I personally think more of Hardcore Pawn in set up for the cameras (staged). How much interest would anyone have it watching a regular pawn shop? In most cases, "reality" tv shoes have to pay the people to put them on camera. They probably just pay them to do stupid shit.

i figure as much but there has to be some truth in there. and even acted, the idea of people acting the fool like that is amusing.

I think there is probably very little truth to the show at all.

I tend to agree. I find it funny a lot of the shows on "Tru TV" aren't true at all.

It is set up. My aunts brother works there and my SO has been in there. I mean there are some crazy people in Detroit and people really do act that way in real life but it's all staged.
