Last night I did my first Jillian Michaels work out and today I did another one and I also started the 30day squat challenge. I am so excited to lose weight. I cant wait to start feeling good about myself again.

It's good that you're working out, but doing too much is going to have an adverse effect. The 30 day shred is pretty intense for someone who hasn't worked out in a while, doing the 30 day squat challenge on top of that isn't going to give your body enough time to repair, which is going to injure you and stop your body from growing muscle appropriately, which is what is going to burn your fat.

Im going to make sure not to go at it to hard with either one. I want to kinda see which one I like better.

You should go extremely hard at ONE of them.

a short HARD workout is more effective than a long EASY workout.

The 30 day shred mixes cardio with weight training, which is going to get you WAY more results than just doing squats every day.
