We are giving you suggestions. My suggestion is not to take diet pills, because none are really safe and few are effective at all.

Enjoy the suggestion!

Your right up until the bolded statement.

"These pills attempt to speed up your metabolism, which is a chemical reaction that increases how quickly your body burns fuel (food or calories). This process also works to control your appetite, not by filling you up with the good stuff, but by tricking your body into thinking that it is full. Once you stop taking the pills the trick is over. You will most certainly regain the weight you lost and may even have some medical problems to go along with the weight from the diet pills. The Yo-Yo effect of losing and gaining weight is actually less healthy than simply keeping the weight on."

Maybe find a herbal alternative. Like cinnamon..almonds.. coffee.. just google "natural food metabolism boosters" you should get a lot of ideas.

Those are not diet pills though. They are regular supplements to bring your vitamin levels to a good spot. They may help some people gain energy and thus lose weight, but they are not FOR weight loss.
