Mine is in 2 weeks.went a little over budget. It was 6 thousand.Original budget was 2 thousand. Most of it went towards the chapel and the cost of the pastor.Wedding favors.and the flowers is what killed us.125 for a bridal boquet,50 each for bridesmaids boquet.50 for a flower girl wreath. She did add an extra bag of rose petals for free lol.rings was not a problem since I had my bridal set for a couple of years.I got a good deal on the DJ too. He's my SO Co worker.paying him 400$ to play all night. He usually charges 1000+ for an allnighter.I got super good deal on my flower girl dress, sons's tuxedo,my dress from using my dads military discount. We paid in cash and just paid off the last thing the cake.

My parents are paying for mine. They gave me a budget of 20k, plus whatever we bring to the table. Cash.

My aunt is a florist so I know how expensive flowers are. It's insane.

Our wedding was around $15k. My dad paid for a few things, but the majority was on us. We paid everything in cash, and had a big church wedding and then honeymooned in Vegas and it was awesome.

About $1500, paid cash for everything. And that was including EVERYTHING: the license, tickets for Adam to fly from where he was stationed to his hometown, the hotel for the night, rental car for us to drive back to his town for a couple of days (we got married December 27, and I was supposed to be on call at the hospital but my buddy covered for me as a "wedding present" lol so that was our "honeymoon") I put together our wedding favors, did our invitations, got my dress for $99 from David's Bridal Clearance. Used a French Restaurant's back garden for the ceremony, and their reception area for afterwards. And they baked our cake. They didn't charge us extra for anything, they literally just charged us for the food and even asked me what colors I wanted for the table setting. I got my bouquet and flowers for the mothers and for the cake decorations from the PX florist  and our pics were taken by my Sergeants' wife (she was an amateur photographer back then wanting to get in the business, so she charged us $75 for the whole wedding).
My step dad asked if we wanted him to pay for anything but I turned it down...nothing against anyone that does want their parents to pay for it...but I just saw it as something we needed to pay for. This resulted in a very nice cash gift from him as his wedding present to us though

We spent around 10k. That didn't include rings or my dress. We just paid for it as we went over 6 months or so.

Our wedding was about 12k. We worked hard for three years and saved every single cent we could to get everything in place. The wedding reception was fantastic. We still have friends who remember our table set up to be the best they
