I am on a great workout schedule at night at my gym and during the day I am up at 5 am amd on my feet most of the day. I feel great and am losing weight. My friend Krysta suggested to also take on South Beach Diet since I have only five more months until I TTC and my goal was 48 pounds. Any of you had success with it and how do you meal plan with it nd make the shopping list?
