Legally she is though so it doesn't matter what some think. Her biological sex is/wasmale but her gender is a woman. Gender and sex are not synonymous.

I know I'm late coming into this but I agree with everything you have said, and the other girl who is defending Fox. I'm sad that so many others are not. And how incredibly rude that they are calling her "he" and "him".

This whole debate is really on the ''preformances enhancing'' factor not the gender/sex of the contender. Being born w/male dna gives the athelete a higher bone density than her ''natural'' female opponants. The fact that she is now on estrogen therapy delays any bone loss and can allow her to hit harder and recieve blows w/less of a chance of fracture......in her case estrogen therapy would be a preformance enhancing drug do to her biological make up. It would make her bone structure stay stronger longer than even the male athletes in her weight class......

Your responses are well laid out. Understand, though, there are people who are so hell bent on all things being equal, it is lost on them.

Masculine features or tendencies do not make a female a male and feminine tendencies do not make a male a female. But there is a large number of society that think that blurring these lines is a priority. It's a mindset that is gaining steam.

Apparently its transphobic to even think or insinuate she might have an advantage.

I've stopped replying to this, because they want to claim everyone is transphobic for not letting this person do whatever they want.

Okay in a little debate over a friend over this post, lol. In the OP it says the UFC is allowing him to fight in the womens class, but I can't find any course that says he/she's in the UFC at all.

Sooo any credible source about he/she being in the UFC? I can't find any info on it.

That's what I thought, I was confused because the OP said "However, the UFC has allowed Fallon Fox to fight in the woman's class"
Which doesn't make sense if she's not in the UFC, why would UFC be allowing her anything lol. Must have been a mistake.

Aaah yes, the ole "phobia" claim. Gets redundant, doesn't it?

Shit like that will turn people against others.

EVERYONE should follow the rules. There is an advantage, so it shouldn't be allowed.
