I usually layer my papers instead of resizing them because it never fails no matter what technique I use my papers seem to look distorted. So I take what I want to be my border, lay it and then put a solid over leaving the border from the other page visible on the sides. If that makes any sense. Lol

Awesome, thanks! I'll try that. Do I still do everything else the same way as a normal layout?

Yeah, pretty much. Just make sure you measure down because I've done my borders to large a few times and it overlaps the words.
