From what I've ready you can regulate their wild behavior if you find them young. Right now he is a very aggressive player, likes to bite and what not. But he's only 4 weeks old now, I think some of his biting is where some teeth are still Ching in. But other than that he's just a kitten right now.

She said she couldn't get herself another cat because it just wouldn't meassure up to him."</blockquote>

Awwh that's sad he died! He was a big kitty! I wish mine would sit still long enough to get a picture that shows his features Haha! He's always going!

If he would sit still I would be able to get a picture of him but every time I try he moves and it gets all blurred! Crazy cat.

So don't ask me why I know this but did you know male cat penises have spikes on them? It is QUITE painful.

Yes! Dogs are like that too! Its supposed to keep the female from getting away once they're engaged! Don't ask how I know either! Lol!

We have one. She's nothing like a normal cat though. She's got the pet me I'm so sweet attitude then she gets all attack mode at you for petting her.

The last vet I had her to took her after the previous vet asked me personally to never bring her back, said that bobcat/lynx types never mix with a domestic cat.

I'm sitting there like "And she has NO tail why?"

She may have been mixed with a manx

That vet should have known that if a regular cat is a feral cat they can mix with bobcats and lynx. Jasper has that attitude though, he will let you pet him but then he flips over and and grabs your hand and starts biting the fatty parts Lol!

It is crazy! But it makes sense, especially for out in the wild, it guarantees momma animal can't get away and makes pregnancy more likely. Its crazy for sure though!

I couldn't quote the one that included the manx tidbit, the vet even disagreed on that version as well.... Honest to god, the people we got her from said that they had hoped their blue Maltese male had gotten with their cat. But they had seen a bobcat prowling their property, so I'll let the vet think what she wants.

She's a great vet, expensive but closer to me than the previous. And they wrote on her car "WILD CAT!!!" and asked that I not bring her back.

And that is what she does to us. She actually sometimes will use her paw to bring your hand over to pet her and when you do she freaking attacks. All you can do is yelp and squeak out "b***h!" because she lets go instantly and is GONE!

Crazy vet Lol! I'm nervous about taking him to a vet because of the likelihood of him being half wild. He acts nothing like my regular cats. He cuddles when he sleeps, but other than that he plays rough by himself or our hands if we let him. Its neat but I hope we can kind of get him out of the rough playing. Jillian will be here in less than 2 months!
