I started bleeding yesterday & all day today I have been soaking through super size pads in under and hour. Is this something I should call my OB about? I'm not sure how much bleeding is too much & I know I'm already anemic. Also I'm Breastfeeding my 11 month old still & this is my 2nd period since having her in April of last year. Not sure if that matters.

More than a pad an hour is too much, yes.

Yes that is too much. You need to ca your OB right away, especially if you already know you are anemic.

I called & they told me to take a pregnancy test to make sure I'm not having a miscarriage and to relax off my feet & call tomorrow if it doesn't slow down.
