Shes right. I've worked with DCS workers and know for a fact they wouldtake a baby who lived an environment where weed was being smoked. It would not matter if you didn't do it for the simple reason that you allowed it around your daughter. I do not think its horrible if an adult wants to smoke it, but I'd never allow it around my kids period.
