I'm talking about something you like to cook for yourself. Not something you get at a restaurant.

Reason I ask is because I make KILLER beef burgundy and will intentionally double the recipe, knowing there's no way we can eat it in one meal because I love it so much that I like eating leftovers for-evah! I never get tired of it.

Thing is

Oh, man. I fancy myself to be a pretty good cook so it's hard to pick just one!

I make a delicious beef wellington. It is so good. We generally only make it on Christmas eve though, because the meat is so expensive.

I love to cook. My favorite meals that I make and everyone looks forward to are.... Beef Bourguignon, sauerbraten & spaetzle, chicken marsala and chicken and shrimp Alfredo.

Mmm my chicken alfredo is awesome, too! It's so easy to make, too.

Same :)

But ifs had to pick just one.... I'd have to pick.. Ummmm.

My new lamb meal (not sure what to call it as it was a spur of the moment throw what ever I had on hand in) - its seasoned diced lamb, teraqon, thyme, s&p, quite a bit of honey and garlic powder. Soooo good and it's served with roasted broccoli.

I also love my chicken enchiladas but I never have those ingredients on hand. So we rarely have it.

lol. My husband named one of the chicken meals I made "that chicken" because he didn't know what else to call it. Now he asks for it pretty often.

I make huge italian meals. I make my own sauce and my own meatballs. Then I bake some chicken and add that to the sauce along with the meatballs. The chicken gets so tender it falls apart. Now I'm hungry for pasta lol

My MIL makes this thing called chicken ranch. It's so so amazing and by far everyone's favorite! People will literally cancel plans to stay home & eat if they know she's making it lol.

But it's also time consuming so she doesn't make it often.

Most of my moms Mexican dishes are my favorite things to make. Like calabasita, her rice, mole. It brings back memories:) plus my DH and son are obsessed with Mexican food. So they always ask for it.
