Yayy!! Congrats!! And i heard its best to take early in the morning, something about a peak time for your hormones. When I got pregnant with my Dd i took three spaced out throughout the day though.

Yea that is what I do. I take it when I wake up before I eat anything. I don't usually take them at the same time but I was feeling so nauseous this morning I just hurried up and took them. I get nauseous before AF shows so I knew she was coming. Then my uterus felt like falling out of my vayjay so I definitely knew she was coming today. I actually went to the restroom at work knowing it was starting before I saw the first drop of blood. Didn't want to get any on my undies since i had white ones on. Didn't expect AF today though. It came quick which maybe was caused by taking both at the same time or just time she did. But YAY I'm glad she came! I just hope my cycles stay regular from now on. I'm keeping track of them now since I'm on the vitex. I'm about to start a log on what time I take my vitex and my CD and all that good stuff.

Started taking Vitex on the 3rd... got pregnant on the 9th. Dunno if I took it long enough to help but I certainly saw an improvement of EWCM and temp changes on my BBT :D

today my cramps are gone, but my back is killing me. I've been up since 5:20am and haven't been able to fall back to sleep because of it. I'm wondering if those cramps were me ovulating. I BD'd last night so i sure hope so!

You aren't using opks? I know I'm using them since I'm taking the vitex. I want to start charting everything. That way I can start seeing a pattern if there is one. I know I started it almost end of cycle but it caused me to start middle cycle with ovulation now I'm on my period. So once AF is gone I'll be able to see if I can sense a change closer to ovulation and stuff.

I wanted to first see if the vitex would bring on my period so I'd know if it would work or not , but my baby fever is getting in the way :(

I don't think your baby fever is getting in the way lol. I think it'll be fine. Just relax a bit. I'm actually going get my first set of bloodwork done this morning for my hormones. They wanted me to get them done between cd1 and cd 7 and my second is on cd 21. So I'm getting that out of the way. I'm glad AF came finally for me so I can get it done. I was hoping to have it done before today so it could have gotten back to my doctor by today and she could have called me with the results. But I'm probably going to have to wait at least a week now to get them. Or i can probably call and someone at the office can give them to me. I just set up a chart on microsoft word where i will track every day of my cycles. Anything that changes or goes on I'm documenting it. That way I can get a pattern started hopefully and be able to print it and show my doctor.

Came across this thread and thought I would add my story. I tried for almost 7yrs to get pregnant, was in 2 different long term relationships during that time, and both men have since had children (have severe endo, diagnosed with lap in April 2006) and have had a history of ovarian cysts. Anyways, a friend suggested vitex to help with my horrible period cramps so I decided it was at least worth a shot, started taking it in October 2010, at the time I really wasn't sure what dosage to take or anything so I just went with what the bottle said which was 4 capsules daily (800 mg each) which now I realize what a huge dose that was lol two weeks later I stopped taking it, mainly because I was just lazy lol and two weeks after that I got a BFP! I was in complete shock since I had only BD'd ONCE that entire month on CD 13. I dont know if it was coincidence or not but I really think its the vitex that did it for me after that many years of nothing. I am now on my fourth cycle of TTC #2 (my son is now 21 mos) and this month I started taking the vitex again, but only 1600 mg a day instead of 2400 lol I am now on CD 13, so fingers crossed that it will work for me again! :)

That is so awesome!!!
I love success stories! I'm amazed how something so simple and cheap can help out sooo much, compared to the drugs given by doctors.
