Right now, I have a restraining order on my bd from seeing rylan, its already been one year and goes until april 2, 2015.

Back story:
He took my son from me overnight after we had gotten in a fight, and was trying to hide the baby from me when I was supposed to get him back, wouldn't tell me where they were and then tried lying about it. once he told me I could go get the baby back, it looked like his face was dirty, and he had a heavy jacket on him ( way too hot outside for even a light jacket ) but anyways, long story short, it was makeup caked on his face hiding bruises on both sides of his cheeks. and he spanked him so hard you could see the handprint of his hand on both butt cheeks, which I didn't find until we got him to the hospital to get him checkd out and open a case against him.

all he got was 3 years summary probation and parenting classes (which is think is BS for beating the shit out of my kid... but that's just me )

how much custody do you think he will get because I know hes going to try and get atleast visitation

OMG, poor baby.
It sucks that this has to happen to innocent children who can't defend themselves. I can't believe he put makeup on him to cover it up, did he actually think you weren't going to notice?

If he has a restraining order he won't get any.

Supervised visitation?

to start out it would probably be supervised once a week for a while before they would allow him to be alone with him.. after that they may just start out with day visits for a while then over night once a week, ect.. Especially since it will have been at least 3 years by the time he sees him.

It really will depend on the judge you get when he tries.

it matched his face REALLY well, even the ER doctor had a hard time getting it off, she said that it was like stage makeup that he used.

which is funny since his sister has a princess party business, and she is the same exact color as him...and he tried to say "well wehre would I get make up from?" um well there are stores where you live... idiot

It's still highly unlikely he'll get any. And I'd renew the RO.

OMG...I would hope none but my guess is that he will get supervised visitation. So sorry for you and your son, what a POS.
