I wouldn't see why they couldn't.... but why would you want a vaginal ultrasound vs. A regular one? At my drs office they only do vaginal ones for the first 14 weeks

I have never heard of them doing a vaginal ultrasound once the baby is bigger.

I had a vaginal ultrasound done every 2 weeks of my pregnancy to monitor my cervix. They can get a clearer picture going that way. I got the perfect potty shot of my lil man. I liked my vaginal ones better then the stomach ones because they were clearer and just a much better picture!
