We don't know what we're having yet but I've had my girls name picked out since I was like 15 If its a girl I want to name her ocean I've had my heart set on that name since the notion of having kids when I got older started to cross my mind but my hubby says he's not sure he's comfortable with that name but I truly feel if its a girl and I can't name her that ill be heartbroken and unsatisfied with any other name we come up with

Ocean? I don't like it at all, but it's your kid.

Do what my husband and I do. My husband picked our first child's first name and I did the middle. My second child I got to pick the first name and he the middle. ^_^ Made life easy for us.

With our first we both liked the name and agreed on it together if this one is a girl she will have two middle names like I do and will be named after my mom and his mom so it's just a first name we have to decide on if we went with ocean her full name would be ocean rosalee jean

I don't really like Ocean personally but it's better than Neveah or something like that.

Maybe you could make it the middle name?

If he isn't comfortable, that isn't fair. You should pick something out together.... You're not 15 anymore

if you absolutely have to you can use it as a middle name

My issue is he don't like it but he won't pick a new name he does like he wants me to pick the name then he just says yes or no I've already changed the boys name to one he likes since he didn't like the first one I came up with but for the life of me I can't find another girls name I like I'd consider it if I could find another name I love as much as ocean but so far nothing has worked for me
