I'm going to try making some today by baking it in the oven. What seasonings should I do? I have salt, pepper, garlic, season salt, ranch. Butter or olive oil?

First of all... LOVE your avi.. that's my favorite commercial.

I always like to soak my corn in milk for a half hour before I put it in the over... It makes it more juicy :)

If I bake my corn on the cob I put it in butter, parmesan cheese and sometimes a little garlic minced or garlic powder, it's really delicious.

Lemon pepper is good on corn too, so is just butter salt pepper and cheese. :)

if you want you could do ranch & parmesan in butter. :)

I don't like lemon either, but lemon pepper doesn't really taste like lemon to me.

I don't like a lot of different spices on my corn I usually just put lots of butter, salt and pepper on it and wrap them in tinfoil and bake them.

I always wrap it in foil and put tons of butter, salt, pepper, a little garlic salt, and chili powder.. If I'm out of chili powder, I like using Emerald's Essecence(sp?) or vice versa... It's sooo good!
