:( poor baby. It sucks I know. My boy even loses patches of skin with his so I know it's heart breaking.

The great thing about the bag balm we use is it's not only a good healing product with the things in it but it's a GREAT barrier to keep the acids and things off of their skin because it's petroleum based so it's nice and thick and doesn't dissolve away with the urine or poo either.

I didn't read the others posts, but when my daughter was on antibiotics for 21 days and her butt was raw and bleeding I used desitin and cornstarch. I'd put the desitin on then sprinkle cornstarch over it. Then I would take a hair dryer on low and warm which dried the mixture out and made a crust. Within 24 hours it was already healing. Good luck mama and hope this helps.
