so I am roughly four to four and a half weeks pregnant and getting my 11 month old to sleep has been tough. She is a good girl, but she tends to kick me right in my lower abdomen while I am trying to lay her down and then she is always flipping over and I have to flip her back over. . .I am wondering if doing this is putting potentially too much strain to the unborn baby, and if her kicks can even hurt it at this stage?

No, it's fine. Baby isn't even a baby yet, and your uterus is very well protected by your pubic bone.

I doubt her kicks are strong enough to harm the baby,it's really tiny and there's so much cushion in there

OT but when I would nurse my son he would kick my in my csection incision and at one point I though I was dying lol

Nope, baby is completely protected in there. Not a big deal.
