Best bottles for breastfed babies? MissMommy ♥ Due November 18; Wisconsin 315 posts

Just bored and having some fun adding basic things we want to our registry. I plan on breastfeeding exclusively but the baby will be with my mom during the day while my boyfriend and I are at work so he/she will need bottles during that time.

What are your recommendations for bottles for breastfed babies? I don't want any nipple confusion because I do really want to breastfeed for as long as I can (a year-18 months at least).

Thanks ladies!!!

My friend swore by Nuk bottles. She exclusively breast fed her son till she had to go back to work. I also heard Tommy Tippee are good too. I wasnt able to breast feed and my daughter had reflux so I had to use Dr Browns. Very slow going but good bottles.

I recently bought Playtex nurser bottles and we tried them on my daughter who will be 2 weeks old tomorrow to see if she would use them and she took to it well and there is no nipple confusion. http://www.playtexbaby.com/Bottles/Dropins/Premium-Nurser-Gift-Set
I've posted the link just in case you were interested.

I don't know about them being the best but I use Tommee Tippee with my son who is BF and he hasn't had an issue.

I was wondering the same thing a couple days ago.. I want a good bottle that won't cause nipple confusion because with my daughter that's what happened and I couldn't keep my supply up, blah. So anywho, did some research and I'm going with tomee tippee this time. Dr. Browns are good bottles but I would recommend them for formula fed babies!
