I'm having a bad night with my anxiety and I can't find my medicine. I have to be up in three hours.
What are some nice, happy, calming things to think about to fall asleep to?

Is that Xanax? If so that's what I took back in like August. I only took it for like a month and then never got it re-filled. Now that I'm pregnant, I don't take anything but I was also on a anti-depressant, Zoloft. Maybe they can put you on that and the Xanax?
Try picturing a beach scene. Look for seashells, hermit crabs, try counting the sand pieces, count the waves. Thats what I use to do with my anxiety and it was hard for me to calm down. Little minor details.
