Girl names, HELP :/ Brooke&Joshua+3 3 kids; Waterville, Maine 631 posts

Yesterday I found a good online site that had a ton of names and they were all in alphabetical order with all the same letters on 1 page so it made it easy to look thru kinda like a baby name book. Anyways I went thru the entire thing and ended up with like 36 names. I told SO that he had to help decide or Id kill him cause we've been fighting about a girl name for so long and go figure she's a she :/ Out of my 36 names he ended up with 2 and they were the same 2 he said he liked before that I'm just not so sure about, I mean I like them but they're not my favorite and I'm not in love with them. I shortened my own list to just the ones I absolutely loved and he didn't like any of them ): I know we have a while to go but we really have been fighting about a girl name since we were pregnant with our 2nd LO, thank goodness he was a he because we never even decided on a girl name. I'm not 21 weeks and will be having my baby shower at 31 weeks, and we want to have a definet name by then and I feel like we've known she's a she for 6 weeks now and haven't gotten any closer to a name other then him just saying no to all the ones I love.

So I'm open to suggestions, new/old popular/unpopular doesn't matter at this point, I will say I do like the shorter names just cause we have a Liam and Owen, both short and simple. The last name that will be used is Lavoie (la-voy)

Marlee is my nieces last name. I hated it at first too. It has kind of grown on me.

How about
Lacey
Sierra
Elyse
Madison
Capri

I had Lacy and Elyse on the list but he said no and Madison is his sisters name. Don't care too much for Sierra or Capri, not even sure how you say the last one :p

What he needs to do is look at names himself.

He won't, says I'm too picky and I produce names faster. I wanted to get a book but he doesn't want to. I told him if he doesn't start helping me more I'm going to just say screw him and name her myself. We had no issues with our two boys and if she was a he this time too we'd have no issues either :/

We had this probably with naming Cassidy. My Grandmother had been given a month to live so we picked a name so she could know it before she died. I'm happy it was Cassidy because it fits her perfectly. :)

With this baby we couldn't really agree on anything either, so we decided he'd just be a junior, it was a lot easier than coming up with something else we both liked. lol

What about Avery? If he like Embry he mike like it. I just had a friend name her baby Cambry which I thought was pretty different at first but I like it now.
You might try nymbler.com it lets you put it what names you like and suggests more based on what you like

Right...and so are the names he likes. Avery may be masculine but many people use it for girls now.
