and they can be in just a certain City? That must get confusing, each Country in the UK can have different laws but I think if it was by City I'd be completely lost :? lol

I don't wear the see through ones. I do prints, with an oversized top. And pretty much only if I'm going to the beach in the winter or something. Not to like, PTA.

Yeah, usually ordinances are city ordinances. Or even just *part* of a city. For example, there's an anti-fast food ordinance in part of L.A. with a huge obesity problem, etc.

It can get pretty confusing. Like turning right on red is pretty confusing. Some places allow it an some places don't and you'll be stopped for running a red light.

HA, nothing like that, just zoning of where fast food places can be and operating hours and stuff are affected.

Yeahhhh, I don't go so short either. I did when I was in my 20's, but now? It's just not appropriate. Or comfortable. I don't do leggings with dresses or skirt, I do pantyhose if anything, I like to keep my skirts no more than 3-4 inches above the knee.

That's kind of control freak crazy, I'm not sure how that would even work. If someone wants to eat 5 Big Mac's and McDonald's doesn't open until 1pm it just means they'll go get them at 1pm instead of 12pm, seems a bit silly :?
