A lot of people let their children self-wean. There isn't anything negative about it.

I think it's fine. I was breastfed to two before I self weaned. My sister to three. We're fine, lol.

Who cares? Her b**bs, her kid... As long as it's not interrupting his development, it shouldn't really matter IMO.

I breastfed my son until he was four. Good for her for sticking with it that long.

I'd say she's doing a great job! There is absolutely nothing wrong with nursing a two year old.

teeth don't even touch the nipple. and of course at 2 they're on solid foods. but the breastmilk still has many nutrients. at that point it's secondary nutrients and not primary

Her tit not mine. I support breastfeeding as long as baby is comfortable and happy. Who am I to tell someone not to feed their child in the most natural way possible. People should be more worried about the children who won't get a meal tonight.

a 2 year old eats solid foods AND breastmilk. It is recommended to nurse at least 2 years.

Teeth don't hurt :)

If baby is latched correctly, their teeth aren't going to hurt you. Dont let them hang out at the b**b when they're done nursing. My 11 month old has 8 teeth, and nurses. I've been bit a few times but the pain doesn't last long at all... stings, I'll unlatch her and tell her no.
