I took them for a solid 3 months twice a day for endo until I had surgey. It was hard on my body when I stopped taking them, I also never felt addicted but my body got used to them. I would stop taking them now and stick to IB profein. I also would look into getting a better insurance policy.

Ugh read my latest post, this is what I'm going through.

Pain meds help but they suck at the same time. I've read a LOT of stuff about detoxing from pain meds and it's not pretty. You can take stuff to help but it may cause more problems.

Quoting FroggysMommy:" Ugh read my latest post, this is what I'm going through. Pain meds help but they suck at the same time. ... [snip!] ... a LOT of stuff about detoxing from pain meds and it's not pretty. You can take stuff to help but it may cause more problems."

It really does blow. I have medicaid, but......They are so back and forth. One minute they bill me and say I'm not covered, and then I go to the ER and the ER tells me that according to the computer...I am still covered. So there isn't anything I can do.

Live with pain........or become an addict like my late sister. It's a horrible feeling.
